കവരത്തി- ലക്ഷദ്വീപ് അഡ്മിനിസ്ട്രേഷന്റെ ഓഫീസ് സമയം പുനക്രമീകരിക്കുന്നു. നിലവിലുള്ള ആഴ്ചയില്‍ 6 ദിവസമെന്നുള്ളത് 5 ദിവസമാകും. കൂടാതെ എല്ലാ ശനിയും ഞായറും അവധിയായിരുക്കും. ഇപ്പോള്‍ പുറത്തിറങ്ങിയ ഉത്തരവ് പ്രകാരം സമയക്രമീകരണം ഇങ്ങനെ
രാവിലെ - 10:00 മുതല്‍ ഉച്ചക്ക് 1:30 വരെ
ലഞ്ച് ബ്രൈക്ക്- 1:30 മുതല്‍ 2:00 മണിവരെ
ഉച്ചക്ക് ശേഷം- 2:00 മുതല്‍ 6:30 വരെ
ശ്രീ.രജനീഷ് കുമാര്‍ കളക്ടറിന്റെ കാലത്ത് ഓഫീസ് സമയം പുനക്രമീകരിക്കണമെന്ന് അഡ്മിനിസ്ട്രേഷന്‍ ആവശ്യപ്പെടുകയായിരുന്നു. തുടര്‍ന്ന് എംപ്ലോയീസ് യൂണിയനുകളുമായി പല പ്രാവശ്യങ്ങളിലും ചര്‍ച്ച നടത്തിയിരുന്നു. യൂണിയനുകള്‍ ശനിയാഴ്ചക്ക് പകരം വെള്ളിയാഴ്ച അവധി വേണമെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞിരുന്നു. എന്നാല്‍ കേന്ദ്ര ഗവണ്മെന്റ്റ് സ്ഥാപനങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് ശനി, ഞായര്‍ അവധിയായതിനാല്‍ മിനിസ്ട്രിതലത്തിലുള്ള ഇപാടുകള്‍ ശനിയാഴ്ച നടത്താന്‍ സാധിക്കുന്നെല്ലെന്ന് കാണിച്ചാണ് ശനിയാഴ്ചക്ക് അവധി കൊടുക്കാന്‍ തീരുമാനമായത്. ഏതായാലും ഇപ്പോള്‍ പുറത്തിറക്കിയ ഉത്തവവ് പ്രകാരം രാത്രിയായാലേ വീട്ടിലെത്താനാകു എന്ന് കാണിച്ച് വീണ്ടും യൂണിയനുകള്‍ ഇടപെട്ടു.
ഇന്ന് (22/11) കളക്ടര്‍ വീണ്ടും വിളിച്ച യോഗത്തില്‍ സമയക്രമം വീണ്ടും മാറ്റാന്‍ തീരുമാനിച്ചതായി യോഗത്തില്‍ പങ്കെടുത്ത LGEU മെമ്പര്‍ ശ്രീ.കെ.കെ.ഷാനവാസ് ദ്വീപ് ഡയറിയോട് പറഞ്ഞു. ഈ സമയ ക്രമം ഇങ്ങനെയാണ്
രാവിലെ - 9:45 മുതല്‍ ഉച്ചക്ക് 1:30 വരെ
ലഞ്ച് ബ്രൈക്ക്- 1:30 മുതല്‍ 2:00 മണിവരെ
ഉച്ചക്ക് ശേഷം- 2:00 മുതല്‍ 6:00 വരെ
എന്നാല്‍ ഇപ്പോള്‍ നിലവിലുള്ള സമക്രമം ആര്‍ക്കും അറിയാത്ത മട്ടാണ്. ഇപ്പോള്‍ രാവിലെ 10:00 മുതല്‍ ഉച്ചക്ക് 1:30 വരെയും ഉച്ചക്ക് 2 മുതല്‍ 5 മണിവരേയുമാണ് സമയം. ഈ സമയം പോലും ഭൂരിഭാഗം സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥന്മാരും പാലിക്കുന്നില്ലെന്നാണ് പൊതുജനങ്ങളുടെ വിലയിരുത്തല്‍. 10 മണിക്ക് തുറക്കേണ്ട ഓഫീസുകള്‍ സമയത്തിന് തുറക്കാറില്ലെന്നും 5 മണിക്ക് മുമ്പേ ഓഫീസുകള്‍ അടച്ച് പൂട്ടുന്നതായും പൊതുവേ കാണാന്‍ സാധിക്കുന്നതായി ജനങ്ങള്‍ പറയുന്നു. നിലവിലെ സമയക്രമീകരണത്തില്‍ മറ്റ് ദ്വീപിലെ എംപ്ലോയീസ് യൂണിയനുമായി ചര്‍ച്ചചെയ്തില്ലെന്ന പരാതിയുമുയര്‍ന്നിട്ടുണ്ട്. തന്നെയുമല്ല 6 മണിവരെ ഓഫീസിലിരിക്കുമ്പോള്‍ വൈകുന്നേരങ്ങളില്‍ കായിക മാനസിക ഉല്ലാസത്തിനുമുള്ള അവസരവും നഷ്ടപ്പെടുമെന്നും ചില ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥന്മാര്‍ക്ക് ആശങ്കയുണ്ട്. എന്നാല്‍ ചിലര്‍ക്ക് 2 ദിവസം തുര്‍ച്ചയായി അവധി ലഭിക്കുമ്പോള്‍ വീട്ടുപണികള്‍ ചെയ്യാമെന്നും എന്നാല്‍ മറുനാട്ടിലുള്ളവര്‍ മടിപിടിക്കുമെന്നും പ്രതികരിക്കുന്നു. ഏതായാലും ഡിസംബര്‍ 1 മുതല്‍ പൂതുക്കുന്ന സമയക്രമീകരണങ്ങള്‍ ഭൂരീഭാഗം ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥന്മാര്‍ അംഗീകരിക്കുമെന്ന് പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കാം.നിങ്ങളുടെ വിലയേറിയ പ്രതികരണം ദ്വീപ് ഡയറി പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു.

ReplyDeleteThe unions and Government taken a wrong decision. The major part of employees at Lakshadweep are women. This kind of timing will badly effect small children of women employee and they could not get sufficient time to spent time with their mothers.
